There is a large front garden mainly laid to lawn and surrounded by mature shrubs and flower beds.The lawn area is fully enclosed and separated from the country lane by a large wooden gate so it is quite safe for children to run around and play.

Around the back of the cottage is a large patio that catches the sun during the middle part of the day and enjoys stunning 180 degree unspolied panormaic views of rolling Devon farm land. The field immediately adjoining the patio is sometimes stocked with sheep or cows so you may have some inquisitive but friendly visitors the other side of the patio wall!

The garage and store cupboard in the cottage contain a small selection of outdoor games and toys along with buckets and spades for use at the many sandy beaches within 20 – 45 minutes’ drive.

There is a large gravel driveway at the front of the cottage adjoining the garden, with ample parking for at least 2 or 2 cars.
